trip to Georgia

Just last week me and my 2 kids went down to Colquitt Ga for a visit. While we were there my aunt came over . Her and mom started talking about when they were kids and some of the different terminology my grandparents had. Has anyone ever heard of a foot feed ? That is what they called a gas pedal on a car . How about a cooterhull ? That was a trunk in the car . Anyone heard of a haint , well back in the day the colored folks english wasnt so clear in the south . If they thought a house was haunted , they would say that house is hainted. Or instead or saying ghost , they would say haint . I thought this was some pretty neat stuff.
